Yoga Dance Guided Journey

Through the foundations of yoga we will explore body awareness and mindful movement techniques with the intention to create the space for full body freedom of expression. Find your center through a combination of meditation and yoga, and then transition into simple intuitive movements and dance improvisation techniques. No memorization of dance steps necessary! Suggestions allow for resonance with the rhythm of the music and the self discovery of your unique and natural flow. I'll provide a platform of navigational tools for individual, partner and group dynamics to invite connection and harmony while exploring at your own pace and with respect to personal boundaries. This class is for every BODY, all ages, and no dance or yoga experience needed! Let's bring the community together in a way we may have forgotten exists. Dance is part of our human nature and a universal language! It's a way that we can coexist, communicate and connect in playful and creative ways!
